We are trying to figure out how to make the phones ring while person is on call rather than the inaudible buzz we get now. I know it is in CLS, but unsure what code it is though. Can anyone help?

From my FAQ:
How do I set a phone so the second call rings four times, rather than one short beep?
CLS RNGB. The default is BUZZ. For call center folks (M3905), use RNGI. This means the first call will ring four times, regardless of whether it’s an ACD call or a DN call, but the second call will buzz.
