Can someone point me in the right direction. I'd like to duplicate the following effect for the upper navigation bar.

I would think this is done in Java Script, but I'm not sure.

It has some scripts similar to what you're looking for. You may have to make some adjustments, but it should get you going in the right direction! I am actually working on something similar myself right now....Hopefully we'll both be able to make it work.

As mentioned, check out dynamicdrive.com. You'll probably find something a little more cross-browser compatible than the menu at stockdr.com, I feel.
