I have a Definity g3 with two attendant consoles, 302c1,
I have a volume control handset with a plain modular handset cord that’s plugged into a two pronged jack.

What is the tech name and part number for this 2 prong jack?
What is the tech name and part number of the volume control handset?
And where can I get them in the USA?

Thanks for the help

2) K-type handsets can be used on both the Basic and Enhanced type consoles. The K- type handset uses a 478A adapter or equivalent. The K-type handset has a full sized square earpiece and a full sized square mouthpiece.
The attendant console must have a functioning handset or headset to work. Check all connections by unplugging and reconnecting each piece.
If connections are firm, determine if the headset or handset is good by using it on another piece of equipment.
Be sure the handset or headset is compatible with the console.
1) R-type handsets can be used on the Basic Console only. They are not supported on the 302 A/B Enhanced Console. The R-type handset has a full sized square earpiece and a small mouthpiece.

2) K-type handsets can be used on both the Basic and Enhanced type consoles. The K- type handset uses a 478A adapter or equivalent. The K-type handset has a full sized square earpiece and a full sized square mouthpiece.

3) Hard of Hearing Type handsets require a 0011SC01 adapter or equivalent.
