Need 2 url's for the same site

configure your firewall to forward data.anyhere.com:80 to internal address and change the port to 8080
 
This is a Intranet site I forgot to put that in so I am not going through a firewall
 
I think this is what you want:

Create two web sites on the same box, WebA & WebB.
Make WebA appear on port 8080 (properties, TCP Port) pointing at directory c:\inetpub which contains sos60\sostest.
Make WebB appear on port 80 (as above) pointing at directory c:\inetpub\sos60\sostest.

Oh, and don't use all unassigned - use the specific IP address you want it to listen on.

Job done.
