This is a good one. I have an older NEC Versa 550D notebook with a Panasonic SCSI PC card driving a Panasonic KXL-D740 CD-ROM. It refuses to recognize the PC card when booted from C: and the drivers wont load. When booted from floppy with the same DOS version and configuration it sees the drive and loads everything just fine. What gives, I can't even figure out where to start.
