NEC SV9500 Add New Pilot Number for ACD Programming

Hi there, we use an NEC SV9500 and have a small ACD presence. We have a Pilot number setup that routes to a Control Call Vector, queues to a skill, plays an announcement, and it works fine. I am trying to add a test Pilot number, and when I copy the programming I see in ACDMAT, I cannot get it to work. When I dial my new test Pilot number from my NEC desk phone, I get a REST error / fast busy disconnect. As if the extension is simply not admininstered in the PBX. Is there somewhere else in PCPRO I need to add this new Pilot number for it to "connect" to the ACDMAT programming?
Thank you.

I figured it out. The Pilot number had to be added to the AMNO: Assignment of Monitored Number section under OAI.
