NEC SV9500 Add New Announcements for ACD Programming

Hi there, we use an NEC SV9500 and I am trying to add a new announcement for my test ACD setup (1 Pilot, 1 Skill, 2 Agents, 2 Phones) . I see we have a VS32 box in the rack with the other UG50s. We currently only have 1 announcement from what I can see. When I run LADT it shows:
Trunk List
NO D MSGT CP WAIT RT[1] TK[1] RT[2] TK[2] RT[3] TK[3]
26 1: Possible (Disconnect by MSGT) 22 0: Multi 0 26 1 26 2 26 3

I've got the Pilot number set, I see how to route it through a weekly schedule or directly to a Call Control Vector, and can add an Agent, add a Split and assign that Split to the Agent.

I was able to add a new Route (ARTD), copying all the settings from the existing route that handles the working announcement. I then added new Trunks to that Route (ATRK). I even succeeded in adding a new announcement and pointing it to the new Route and Trunk I created.

Now when I run LADT I get this:
Trunk List
NO D MSGT CP WAIT RT[1] TK[1] RT[2] TK[2] RT[3] TK[3]
26 1: Possible (Disconnect by MSGT) 22 0: Multi 0 26 1 26 2 26 3
27 1: Possible (Disconnect by MSGT) 22 0: Multi 0 27 1 27 2 27 3

I'm stuck on the announcement recording/playing now. I read another thread regarding the special access codes for recording/playing announcements but when I look at my special access codes (LSPA) there are no codes that reference announcements (ANNC).

I feel like I am pretty close. If anybody has some advice on the special access codes I'd greatly appreciate it Thank you.

The VS32 box has been labeled with a P-Touch by my predecessor as "Announcements" so I believe so. However, I am not sure how to verify this.

Thank you.

In the VS32 system you do not record the message from the phone. You have to create the Wave file on a PC and then upload it to the VS32.
For announcement and external music-on-hold sound source, WAVE files stored in internal Flash ROM of
VS32(Dual) or in CF memory card are used. In addition, playback of monaural sound data from MUSIC jack
(external input connector) is available. Create WAVE files on PC conforming to the specified format. Download
these WAVE files via FTP and save them on internal Flash ROM of VS32(Dual). For more details, see SETUP
WAVEFILE command in Section 4.1, How To Use Maintenance Command.
List up the AAED command and see what announcement numbers you have in the PBX. The announcement in VS32 is set by AAED/AAEDL/AAEDN depending on system.
