NEC SV8300 Multiline Terminal (Main Station) Trunking problem

Hi to all,

I'm still new handling an NEC SV8300 server. We have a problem with our main line; 1 NEC ITL-24D-1 Phone (Direct line to outside call) Currently it have 3 DID numbers assigned to it, 1 is use for main trunk line number. Previously it was working to accept other calls from outside while the phone is busy. Now the problem it doesn't receive incoming call (Call waiting)need to be answer.

Could it be a problem on our NEC sv8300 config? I'm not sure if someone changed a setting or a phone Soft key features issue only?

In order to take multiple calls on the same DID, you need to add virtual extensions to the station. Then use CF/B to roll over to them.
EX: DID = 200, VE 300 + VE 400
CF/B 200 to 300, CF/B 300 to 400, CF/B/NA 400 to voice mail.
DID call comes in to 200 when busy rolls to 300, if both busy rolls to 400, if all busy goes to 200's VM.
Set all 200,300,400 CF/NA to VM.
