Our phone displays are showing "Ringing," and not company name. Is this a setting in the phone, or is this a setting with the phone company?

Could be either.

Do you subscribe to caller ID from your provider?

There are settings in 14-02-10 and 20-09-02 to enable caller ID on the phone system.
