NEC ST500 with SV9100 on 3G Network

Sir, I installed an ST500 with an SV9100 system, and it works fine in the local network; however, in the 3G network, it registers calls and connects to the destination, but there is no audio; both ends hear only a ringing tone. Please share your thoughts.

Hi friend,
Are you NAT using router?.NAT 5060 UDP PORT TO 10-12-09 IP ADDRESS.
NAT 10000-10064 TCP UDP PORT TO 84-26-01 IP ADDRESS.

IN ST500 CHECK CODEC AND NETWORK CONNECTIVITY .

Had this issue myself a couple of years ago. Try turning off peer to peer mode in 15-05-50 for the ST500 extension.
