Greetings, can you help me, I have 1 nec sv8100 working and I need to migrate to sv 9100.
Do the same annex, trunk and E1 cards work for me?

Yes, but you will need new licenses and the migration license. I am attaching a manual that describes the process and what is needed to do the migration.

thank you so much

Those documents in a nutshell.

Submit SKC to NEC for migration, they will ask you to generate the Feature Activation License and System Data reports. So I tend to give everything in one hit.

Download Database in 8100 PC Pro, Save, Open in 9100 PC Pro, this will migrate all your data. Ensure your 84-26, 10-12, and other vital programming is still present, this has dropped off on me previously, then you can remove all cards from chassis, leave extension and trunk boards hanging out the system, just disconnected from back plane, load the CP20 SV9100 card into the first slot where your CP-00 8100 CPU was. and power up system/initialize the card. Once its loaded, load your licensing from NEC, then Load your Database you saved previously.

Install 1 card at a time. When you first plug in card it will blink red, give it a few minutes and this will change to green blinking, this is the cards doing firmware updates, soon as all cards are in, your migration should be complete.

inastíaHonestly, I think I asked my question wrong, I have 1 nec sv 9100 working and I want to use annex cards for 1 sv8100 central unit.

So if you are trying to use 8100 cards in a 9100 with CP10, I think you are out of luck. You would need the migration license but I believe they will only do that for a CP20.

Nope. Migration license is available on the CP10 until Dec 31.
