bb is:
00-03 for first display
04-07 for second display
08-11 for third

Second data is: F1090 (headset key)
This is a system wide change and I don't recommend changing your soft key setup. If you want to add a headset key I usually replace the Answer key on the phones, they are rarely, if ever used anyway, and you can add these on a station to station basis. (Sometime we get a lot of calls that a phone wont get dialtone when the handset is lifted because the headset buton is pushed) The answer key's LED will light up when the Headset function is in use
To insert a headset key for the answer key:
command 9000
extension number, button number (key number 21 or 95; or look for a key with F4001 on it, that is the answer key)
replace with a F1090 and execute.
