Would anyone happen to know if the SV9100 w/ Contact Center has the capability to perform post ACD call customer experience surveys?
 
Update: Frontrunner / NTAC Support says NO

Would anyone know of a 3rd party solution that could be intergrated?
 
Normally you just transfer this to a service that does this for you. I would think there are tons of them.
 
NEC used to have that in their UCE IVR software. When it came out the license for it cost $20,000.00

Outrageous to say the least.
