NDS Backup

When backing up NDS I get Insufficent privilege errors. It worked once just after I installed backup exec version 9.0 on a new server and has not done since then.
There was a TID on the novell website that said that in the system\tsa directory there might be some old files hanging around but in my case there are'nt.
The backup server is Netware 5.0 SP6A and the other server is netware 5.1 sp3.

What are the objects that are getting the errors?

Every single NDS object. Veritas said to not backup the license objects and it should work. It did'nt.
Obviously I have checked that the user the I use to log into backupexec does have sufficent rights.
