NDPS performance problems

hope NDPS questions are ok here...

hp ndps gateway 2.10a

got 15 attached HP printers...
average of 6 Processes Running
but Processes Delayed stays in the 30's...is taking 4 to 5 minutes to print

max service threads is set to 40

I'm having a similar problem, but only with an HP2500c printer. All my other printers are fine.

Bobpritchard - what Novell Client are you running?

Lawnboy - does this printer use an external box connected to the parallel port to print?

all my printers use internal jet direct cards
