NCOS for ACD Number

We just installed a Nortel Integrated Conference Bridge. Everything works fine - except - as a call chairman you should be able to dial out if you want to bring another user into the conference. When system first went in this worked fine. Now you pull dial tone but can't dial out.

I don't see where I can control the NCOS for an ACD line. The conference bridge uses ACDs. Just need someone to point me in the right direction.
 
You will need to change the DN's that belong to the ACD group. Print the ACD DN in LD 20, this will print all the TN's associated with the ACD.

sounds like the call is picking up the ncos of the acd. but it was working and stopped? i would wonder what changed, ncos on a trunk or frl. explain, get dial tone but can;t dial... if i get dialtone and try to dial do i get a fast busy(120 ipm), a station busy(60 ipm) or can't break dialtone.. if i get a busy, when do i get that busy, after the 9 or after the nxx or after i finish.. those pointers tell you where it's broke.. another thing to watch for, do i get an error on the screen when the call fails? if i can't break dial tone stat and test your dtr and make sure your conf cards are not all busy, and test those.. attempt to conf outside numbers only..let us know what you find

I can't break dialtone....

TI'm to much of a novice to know where to change ncos/tgar for ACD group.
 
ncos or tgar does not appear for acd.. sounds like a dtr or ao6 problem, i would recogmend haveing a vendor look at that.
