NCFW or DCFW

I am trying to get a dn on a CS1000 to call fwd to an external number

Scenario is an incoming DID number ext 0157 goes to IDC table changes to 6397. From there I built an ACD extension with 6397 with NCFW set to 95982636 for external.


It rings but then times out...

I have CFXA, CFF FNA set..anyone got ideas on why it wont work? I set the NCOS to 7 as well.

Try a phantom with DCFW or use the acd but use the route acod instead of 9.
