navigator pane missing

we just upgraded to notes 6.5. all of us can open a database and on the navigation pane we have views we can click on or sub folders, etc.
All of us can do this except 1 person. She has the navigation pane but its empty. we all have the same databases, like the email, and some company specific items, but she just can't see any items in this pane.

Has anyone ever heard of this???
How do we get it back??

Try removing Notes completely and reinstalling from scratch.
