Navigation Bar moves when I upload

I am new to GoLive, and am on a Mac.

When I upload my page, the navigation bar moves. I place it where I want it, and then when I go to even preview it, it is not where it should be. I've checked it on Safari and Firefox. Both have the problem, though the nav bar covers the text in Firefox.

What should I do to secure the navigation bar so it doesn't move when I upload?

GoLive's layout window isn't a browser and shouldn't be expected to give accurate rendering results. On the Mac GoLive uses, a now older version of, Safari for it's preview display. Ultimately the only way to check how a page will look is to look at it in the browsers your users use. Which is most likely IE and FF.

Since every browser works differently it can hard to get them all to display a page the same way, but it is possible.
