I have a small problem with the notification emails. It is sending the following to the admin as it is supposed to but:
------------------------------------------------------
Sender of the infected attachment: Unknown Sender
Recipient of the infected attachment: Unknown
Subject of the message: Unknown
One or more infected attachments were repaired.
Attachment CFGWIZ32.EXE was Repaired for the following reasons:
Virus W32.Magistr.24876@mm was found.
------------------------------------------------------
But for some reason its not putting in the correct details (unknown???) for me to track it down. I has worked once, but this is not much good to me...

In NAV for Exchange my notify details are:
------------------------------------------------------
To: Administrator Virus Action: Repaired

Sender of the infected attachment: %1
Recipient of the infected attachment: %2
Subject of the message: %3
One or more infected attachments were repaired.

YES Include information about the virus from the activity log
YES Enable this email notification

-----------------------------------------------------

Any ideas to fix this would be greatly appreciated....

Cheers

HI.

This is because the MAPI/VAPI combination, and it is a normal behaviour. You see it also in NAVMSE quarantine.

What version of NAVMSE do you have?
An upgrade to the latest version and applying latest SP for Exchange might help with this issue.

Read the README.TXT of NAVMSE, it is explained there.

Bye
