I'm finally glad to find a document or somebody that has the same problem! Hope we can find a solution to this.
In my case, I have a LOT (500Mb) of TM??????.DLL and TM??????.HTM files that have accumulated over time (2 years) in the C:\Program Files\Navnt directory, and I'm not sure if I can erase them.
So far, I have only been able to find ONE document on Internet (in Symantec's site) relating to this problem. Although not exactly in the same context (I will try to relocate this document and email it to you), it said that NAV had to extract files from compressed files in order to scan them for viruses. They should normally be erased when done but might have been left there in the Navnt directory, creating all these TM*.* files.
If this is true, then we should be able to erase them without causing any problem. I will try to get a confirmation of this before doing so. Let me know if you find out anything new on this.
Thanks
Normand
