NAV 2003 Pro wouldn't install

Hi, I've got a P3 800 CPU running on Windows XP Professional. Whenever I try installing the program,

Install Symantec Antivirus > Install Antivirus Client >

a windows installer and sysmatec packager box pops up and nothing happens. I know a box is supposed to appear asking you if you want to proceed with the installation but nothing. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Probably you're infected with either Klez.H or Bugbear. Download these to check:

Bugbear remover:

Thanks for the help but it didn't find anything. I do know however that I'm infected with Trojan.adclicker
How would I remove that virus?
