NAT problem

I have a Serial interface of ip 10.1.5.2 carrying the network of 202.X.X.x. I have another ethernet of ip 10.2.2.1 carying 10.2.2.0 network.


how can I configure nat for such a scenario for (202.x.x.x. to 10.2.2.0 ) since serial Ip is different than the network it carries.
