Hi, there,

I use w2k server in small home network with 3 xp pro clients. For internetsharing i used NAT with a 56 k modem, expensive and slow but it worked.

I obtained a ADSL modem ( Speedtouch 330 USB) wich is connected to the server and working fine. The next step is to share the connection

I want to continue using NAT
When i want to add it as a demand dial interface is not visible in the select window of the demand dial interface wizzard
I tried 15163765347 things

anyone knows how i can do this, or do i have to obtain an another adsl modem\router

thanks in advance

Well, you have to:
1. go to the RRAS mmc
2. select the computer / Disable routing and remote access
3. then choose Configure and enable routing and remoe access
4. in the wizard choose: Network router
5. Selct protocol that you want ( i suppose TCP/IP)
6. It will ask you if you want demand dial-connections to be able to acess remote networks. Choose YES
7. At the end you will be able to:
1. go to routing interfaces
2. "new demand-dial interface"
3. set as address of the other router the gateway from your provider
5. finish with that wizard

After all these steps, i suppse you have to add again NAT protocol. ANd then going to NAT/new interface, you will see you demand-dial connection.

Success!
