namgr.exe failed

guys, please help me.

i'm running notes 4.5.2 server and today, it shows that the application of namgr.exe failed. thus, the nserver.exe also failed. the console froze and stated:

Thread=[01BA:01B4]
PANIC: 01:97

Anybody has any idea? Thx!

Hello,

This might be related to your backup agent. Are you using Arcserve? I have add similar issues with the Notes Backup Agent. Let me know. I have the fix.

thx for the reply John. Though nope, I'm not using Arcserve. I have managed to solve the problem (after asking around like headless chicken). I edited the notes.ini file and now all is ok.
