I did a search and found this related report below that refers to the CPND name length.
Site had all extensions able to have CCS-CSA changed to CCS-CSI by CHeck IN message from the PMS system except just one extension.
It was found thet XPLN for this extn's name was set at 13 and all the rest were set to 27. The PMS was sending a field length of 16 characters in the CHeck IN string.
Changing XPLN to 27 fixed.

I have not been able to locate the significance of 'BIG NAME' or 'MNEMONIC' in any documentation.
