Named Find/Sort 1

Hi All

I have this formula in a Named Find/Sort,

if(Position(Upper(Hill), Upper("Sure Search&quot, 1) = 1)

When I type pike in "Sure Search", it will find,
Pike de Bield, Pike How, but not Scafell Pike.
How do I alter the formula to find pike no matter what it's position?

I was sunbathing on the top of Scafell Pike a few days ago. In the full sun the thermometer on my watch read 31.3C!
