We will need a lot more information. What do you mean by second? Alphabetically? In Size? Modification Date? Creation Date? Number of files contained?

Well i have a folder which has 3 subfolders. The result of the script returns the name of the second subfolder.

Again, what do you mean by second? If you have code then please post it. For you to have a meaningful concept of second, you need to determine a sort method first.

I try to write the script but i don't know how to do.
I have to recuparate the name of one subfolder to change parameters in a file.
C:\Folder\subfolder1
C:\Folder\subfolder2
C:\Folder\subfolder3
C:\Folder\subfolder4

I want for example to recuparate the name of "subfolder3" and then recuperate parameters and change theses parameters in subfolder4.
