Name Display on 6.0

Does anyone know how to configure the outgoing call buisness name display on 6.0

I cheked the name display option in line setting but outgoing call still show just the number!!!

I tried the short code N.z"name" and don<t work to

This is what the knowledgebase tells:

	Z - Calling Party Name 
For IP Office Release 6 and higher, this option can be used with trunks that support the sending of name information. The Z character should be followed by the name enclosed in " " quotation marks. Note that their may be name length restrictions that vary between line providers. The changing of name information on calls being forwarded or twinned may also not be supported by the line provider.

So it must be a capital Z.
Did you try that too ?

So only Z"name"
N sends the number which you do not want.

tell them that you changed from a Nortel system to Avaya, I know that if the CO is a DMS from Nortel they configure PRI/T1's with 2 options Nortel and not Nortel and there are some secret Nortel settings that only work with that system and might screw up all other systems a bit.

The provider should come back today about the DMS setting, then I will troubleshoot again.
