Name Dial

I have an issue with dial by name it appears the only way to get it is from each mailbox "name dialable by external callers" is there anywhere this can be applied globally to each mailbox. I did not see it it mailbox classes. I am told it can be done in a template but I am unable to find it in the templates.I am running rel 4.0.

If the mailboxes are already set up, you will need to modify each mailbox one at a time. This does get applied to the template that is used when creating a mailbox. If the mailboxes are not used yet (new installation) it may be quicker to delete the mailboxes, modify the template, and then use a bulk load to upload the mailboxes again.

I am aware that I have to do it one at a time after the mailbox's are setup I have already done that. My problem is I cannot find it in the template to apply it to further mailbox's that are created.

I found it I was looking at mailbox classes not templates.
