I have a series of coupons set up in Forms that I print to the PDF Driver.

I click on the first coupon go to File and Print. Click Selection so I only get the first coupon. Click Print, then it asks me to name the PDF file (which is a name on the coupon that is called up from the database)then click save.

Then I perform this procedure with each coupon.

My question is there a way to automate this process? The coupons need to be on separate PDF pages with the name from the database.

If this does not work with PDF ... is it possible to accomplish this by printing to file, then taking them into distiller?

Thanks for any help,

Jay

So why can't you print them all at once? Do you need them as a seperate file?

They do need to be separate files. With names that match a code in the database.

Thanks, Jay
