Have Definity G3si Release 12 at main location and G3csi Release 12 at the remote locations connected via point to point PRI's and using DCS. Customer is testing Exchange Unified Messaging at the main site. When someone within the main location dials our test ext which covers to the new Exchange it will pass the caller's name and ext, however when some calls from a remote site to the same test ext, we are not seeing the caller's name and ext. However the remote callers name and number will appear on display phones just fine. Has anyone else encountered this issue and able to resolve it?

I believe the DCS is setup correctly. The PBX and Exchange server is linked together using a DS1 card and trunk group setup as QSIG thru and Audiocodes gateway. It seems that the info from the DCS is not transferring through the QSIG trunk group. Is their any limitations between QSIG and DCS?
