I just purchased a hard drive for a fiber NAM upgrade.
I popped it in, and it's working fine. It didn't come loaded with NVM manager, and I do have a built in NIC card on the main board, along with a VGA port.
I've got the NVM Installation Boot Diskette, that I upgraded the backpack CD-ROM drivers on, got that to read the CD ROM, and it looked like it took - I got an error at the end, saying 'could not open a:\startup.cmd" and didn't give me the descending tones, but upon booting and printing out the reports, can't see NVM manager installed. Any thoughts?
Thanks a bunch!
