NAM indefinite mailbox password

You need to connect to the NAM with Norstar Voice Mail Manager 4.0. You can connect either thru the DB9 port or thru an Ethernet card. Under Norstar Voice Mail Manager, one option is to edit settings, then edit class of service. Edit the COS you have assigned to the mailboxes for password expiry to zero. This mean they will never have to change the password.
