NAM Error Codes

Can anyone tell me what error code 5A and 4C are on a NAM voice mail. System not rebooting. We get these errors when powering up.

are you looking at the LCD display on hte NAM?

What version of NVM, what version of MICS?

I am looking at the LCD in the NAM.
It is an 8 port copper NAM with 2.1 software
MICS with Release 1.1 software.

I'm sorry, I dont have these error codes in the doc that i have.

Was it a working system or a new install?
Do you have 4 working station ports hooked up?

These are IBM motherboard result codes I believe,try Looking up at IBM.

4C has to do with the video card in the NAM. A dipswitch you may have flipped on or off. (position 8 I think, it's in the manual)

The 5A I think is a setup question the computer is asking you.

Make sure you have the dipswitch for monitor package off, or plug in your monitor and see what the issue may be. If the computer has a question, it will freeze until you answer it, go into the BIOS and fix the problem, etc...
