Can that be done? Customer would like to have a call center added to the system the system has a NAM. They were told that Nortel does not support Nam's with both on them.(V/M & Call center) So I stopped by with a CP to test it but I couldn't log into the CP to change the Feature codes. F981 would get locked up which makes sense. My laptop is at a different site so iI couldn't use it. And reading the install instructions in the CP guide it does say the CP will use other F codes if F980 range is already in use. So has anyone ever tried it and got it to work?
