I'm programming a very deep CCR but not sure how many sub menus can I have? I know I can have up to 8 paths per menus. Can anyone tell me up to how many sub menus I can program on a NAM 4.0?

They also want spanish language on the CCR. My first menu will have 8 paths. 1 info, 2 trns, 3 menu, 4 menu, 5 mbox, 6 trns, 7 info and 8 info. I guess 9 will be my spanish prompt. Will this work? If I press 9 then press option 1 for info. How will I program so they would hear spanish info?

I'm not sure how many submenus you can have.

Option 9 is the alternate language. I believe that recording the "alternate" greeting in each of the menus is how you get the spanish versions of the prompts

my 4.0 nam guide says 9 subs menus available... page 118 of set up and operation.

As far as recording in Spanish, when you are setting up the recordings, PRIME is for your main language and ALT is your alternate language. So just record the ALT for each prompt in Spanish.
