is anyone familiar or performed install? i have callpilot2.01 and licensed but would like to learn myself on install instead of paying vendor. I understand I need box running 2000/2003 w/IIS. For configuring and setting up Web and Unified messaging, is there particular docs on cd i need to concentrate on? this is not a must do it in next month but eventually would like to be installed. thanks

Reading 555-7101-503 from the CD. have you installed mycallpilot?

Have read all the documentation to install but have not installed yet. Waiting for a server, 1 for each site, from the data side of the house.

I am reinstalling CallPilot on our web server and cannot remember how I configured the security in IIS and on the directory. Right now I am getting an invalid credentials error.

Also, I don't like the fact that "mycallpilot" is a user that is put into the administrators group when the setup is completed. Is there a way to set up the application so that the user's can still log into mycallpilot?

Has anyone actually made this work? I have installed it on a 2000 server along with Call Pilot Manager.
cpmanager works, cpreporter or mycallpilot does not. The NTP's seem next to usless.
