my Website live in my server but not outside

does any one know why my website is not live outside network, but i can see it when i use my server?? i am using IIS 6 with windows server2003..

any comment to solve much appreciated
 
well probably first question is going to be do you have an internet connection?


How can you hope to get a useful answer asking that! We have no idea how you have anything set up.

Thank you for the respond .. please read some detail:

Yes, I have internet connection and, my ISP provider is only giving static DNS (primary and secondary) with dynamic IP address (not static IP). and my domain account is settled with the third party on internet with Dyanmic DNS provider company like example-dynamicdns.org , Meaning their servers, and only i type my IP address on their panel, their server redirect to my server for a while (until my dynamic IP changes) so before my IP change, only want to establish the website and make it live outside for a while.. technically should work.. i know i have to own a static IP, but don't you think that Static DNS also works ?..

I am also concerned about nameserver .. i think i have change something there as well..

but don't know the steps which one is first or the whole process is wrong ??

how to assign DNS static to your own server to correspond with IIS and keep your site live??
