my reports dont preview any records after updating tables

i have written a database in access 2002, which contains 2 tables with 1 field related, i have created a reports with a few fields from each table, which worked fine, i have to clear data out each week and import the new data, having done this the reports now only preview the headers but no actual records, this also ahppens if a create a new report

please help desperate

I don't use Access but in other database programs, this problem reflects a mismatch error in the index files associated with the two files.

Reindex the parent and child files and you will see all of the records you imported.

Note: This often happens when a user copies an entire file using a third party program (in DOS, Windows Explorer, etc.) instead of using an "empty" procedure and "import/copy" from within the source program.
