When I make an MPEG movie, encoded with either Media Cleaner 5 or Toast Titanium, the resulting image displays too dark. It's at about negative 20 brightness.
If I select QuickTime Main Menu > Movie > Show Video Controls, the image snaps to the correct brightness, without actually adjusting any of the settings.
Further, this darkening won't be present on additional MPEG's opened.
Which is to say, If I wan't to view an MPEG with a correct image I have to, first, open a different MPEG (which will be affected by this darkening). Than, open the desired MPEG in New Player. I need to have two or more MPEG's opened on the desktop to have correct image display.
