i think this might work,
go into file>identities>add new identity>put in your details.
but if you want to continue using his mail and have your name on the mail when you send one out.
go into file>identities>manage identities
and then just add your name to the name field.
got to admit, this is the first time i've looked at outlook so i might have misunderstood what it is you want.

Do this. Open up Outlook and to go Tools>Services and make sure internet mail is installed then hit properties down below and look through the tabs on the next window and change the info as needed. That should be it since i dont think there are profiles in outlook 98 though i could be wrong.
