About a week ago I was doing something with the toolbar area of IE. After that I found that anytime I clicked on a menu of the tool bar or any program I was going into, the drop down would be hidden where I have to follow it over with the cursor to see what that selection my be. Normally with you hit "File" it brings down all the choices under file, where you can read them. When I hit file, it still comes down but all the listing are not their until I move over and highlight the item then it shows up. I feel I had done something causing it to hide anything I highlight with my mouse so I rool over it with the cusor and it comes alive. What Have I done to create this very anoaying thing? Better yet tell me how to get this annoyaing thing fixed, you help would be so wonderful, or If I can explain it better I will sure try.
Thank You

It looks like you played with your toolbar or menu color scheme. Right-click a blank area of the desktop, Properties, Appearance, Advanced and see if you can change the Menu and other items (select in 'Item' the scroll box) as to their color both foreground and background back to what they should be.

Using System Restore may put things back as they should be.

Seems like a color problem like somebody else said.

It's easy to change, if that's not the problem then I don't really know what it would be.
