My photoshop disappear everytime I try to open it!

Do you get an error code?
Try this: close out everything else, like the programs that are running in the background, then try to open it.
You will need to hit cntrl/alt/del, and get into the task manager/ Processes tab. Then end all the processes that it will allow (except explorer.) You will not be able to close some, and the system will tell you which these are. You should be able to close most of the ones that are listed under your user name. Make a note of the ones you are closing. If closing one causes your system to act strange, or shut down, re-boot and start over.
