My Micrsoft word -97 does not print

My Micrsoft word -97 does not print some lines in a document ( do not ask me to re-install it i have done it already ) any ideas ???? why

anyone out there can help me i ' ve already wasted hrs on this

Beyond suggesting you post this in the ms office forum, I would also suggest a little more data - which lines? Top, middle, bottom, random?

Is it the whole line that disappears, or part of it.

Check:

Page size matches paper
Toner/Ink cartridge in printer
Printer can handle the types of fonts you are using

The document does not print lines randomly ( But in a document its always the same line insignificant of how many times you print it ) it does not seem to follow a pattern ( In another document it'll be different line ). The same document prints well over the network ie when accessed by another computer. I checked any Version problem so re-installed office-2000 and still the result is same.

The paper size was checked. IF the toner had a problem then I think while printing from a different machine the same line would not have printed which is not the case.
