my frames don't show up when i preview

the frameset is there but the three frames come in as page can not be displayed

the error msg says \windows\system\scdoclc.dll\dnserror.htm

what is the problem, the pg use to work?
very weird..is this a windows problem or a dreamweaver problem
someone please help
any input at all would be great

Check the frameset url the browser cannot find the exact path to those files
