my Favorites folder has been hacked

some spyware got me, it automatically reload my Favorites lists and the homepage in IE 6.0 every once in a while. i tried spybot, won't remove this. is there a way i can lock down my favorites list and homepage from using "regedit" manually?

any tips is welcomed...ty in advance..
