My documents in start menu

The My Documents link on my start menu couldnt work!
The My PIctures links gives out error message when i try to click on it..
i have read microsoft notes on it but their solution is not working for me..
pls help..

If you use TweakUI then try this:

Did you use TweakUI, Desktop tab to change the order of My Computer and
the My Documents icons? If so, go back and set it have My Computer as
the first icon on the desktop.

but it was the other way around..
my documents as the first icon on desktop ..
