My company has 1 Scanjet 6100C scanner which is over 3 years old, and it's not working at the moment (communication problem with the PC, being looked at).
We are looking to replace it in the VERY near future, and are looking at the current Scanjet range.
We are looking for a compact A4 scanner (as you may be aware the 6100C is much larger and much bulkier than we really want). Quality of scanning is important, of course, rather than speed (still important). However, document management software would be appreciate as it keeps file sizes down (I currently use Visioneer Paperport Deluxe and file sizes are really small and it's all so easy to organise).
I would appreciate some assistance with narrowing down our selection from the range.
