My backup job is idle?

My system is running NT4.0 with sp4, MS-exchange 5.5 and arcserve 6.0 are also running in the same computer, when I did a backup job, the job was idle after around 30%, if anybody know why and how to fix this problem, please help me, thanks

The words, No Supported springs to mind, you need the backup agent 2.0 build 57 [nt0333.zip] to backup exchange 5.5 bricks level with arcserve 6.5.
